QB 2010 Ent: ISW hides some zero-balance accounts but not others

US QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions : 10.0: Accountant

I created a bunch of financial statements with ISW and the hide zero balances feature is not working as I would expect.

Namely, some zero-balance accounts are hidden, but others aren't.  I hate to manually hide rows because the responsibility for maintaining them will get passed around and others are not going to remember to unhide rows.

Thank you for your assistance.

Pl. look in the statement properties...capability to hide zero balances has been around since the last version.
