Assuming you are in DMS, just right-click on the page (from the page view thumbnails) and select email selected pages.

The solution
If you in the Lacerte tax program, go to the Forms tab and then select your print option at the top. In the print dialogue box you will see that you can select "Partial Return". It will the pull up a list from US and State forms that you can select by clicking the box next to each one. Then print it to file and send it to your client.

I am sorry i do not seem to understand how this works. i tried right clicking on the thumb nail but it will only allow me to email one page.

One more? question --- When i create the file(s) with only a partial list of the forms (only 8879s) the name of the efile is "complete return....." . This will confuse most of my clients. Is there a way to rename the attachement?

You will have to either right-click and rename the file first, or make a copy of it (and rename that one). There is no rename function once you initiate the email. Hope that helps.
