One day our Loan Manager had deleted two of our loans. So I went back and put them in again. Then I had 4 alerts/ 2 for each loan saying I needed to pay the loan. I paid it and one went away. But now every day it says I still need to pay both loans.
Remember that the Loan Manager is only a payment calculator that computes the principal and interest portion of your loan payment. It is a stand-alone program not part of QuickBooks itself. It reads information in your QB file but does not affect, change, create or delete transactions in your QB file. You have to create the loans and the accounts affecting the loans in QB yourself. The loan manger only tracks the information you already have. It's not a "must do it this way" feature like using the "Bill Payment" or Sales Tax features in QB which actually will affect your transactions and the accuracy of your reports. Even as a tracker, the program still has bugs and has alot to be desired.
