Can I download a free trial version of 2008 Lacerte Tax Software. I have acquired some clients that were done on Lacerte and I have backup's of their returns.

This may be possible But I would post your question in the Lacerte Forum and also I would call Customer support

Try calling Lacerte customer service to see if you can get a copy.
