How do I get reports to include chart of account structure (accounts are subaccounts of others)?
I'm running a simple listing of expenses but, since I've set up my CoA with parent and sub accounts, I need more details than just the account.
Class won't work for this as I need that for other aculation.
Have you tried the Profit and Loss report (Reports > Company and Financial > Profit and Loss standard)?

Yeah - I'd hoped I could get the parents to print in the body and not as a section. Also, I'd like to loose the subtotal by account.
I've actually been fiddling with the p&l but can't seem to wrap my head around making these changes.
On the P&L report there is a "Collapse" button (on the top of the report). If you hit that, you will get only the totals - no sub accounts.

Yeah - I want the details though.
Think it's a matter of exporting the p&l and then filtering the bejeezus out of it in Excel.
