990: Program Service Accomplishments: This year we have to allocate revenue to the programs listed in the Program Svce Accom secton. Do we allocate 100% of the agency's revenue to the programs listed OR an amt of revenue proportional to Program Expenses as a percentage of Total Expense?

Actual revenue for each program should be allocated to that program. It sounds like maybe the accounting records do not track this information. I might do a reasonable allocation this year but revamp the accounting system ASAP.
