Any suggestions as to how our firm can get the word out to all the small to medium size companies in the US that we have developed a program where they can now get access to needed capital to grow their business and purchase equipment today.

You do need a marketing plan to reach these businesses. My company actually specializes in this, making promotional and commercial videos for small businesses and from our experience a thirty second commercial reels people in.
