Brochure and Legal Contract Samples

I am planning on starting and education and childcare consulting homebased business. Where can I go look for samples of brochures, contracts, etc. for my business? Any advice about finding a lawyer to assist with legal paperwork, etc?

Try asking your question in the Starting Your Business forum as well.  For future reference, many childcare businesses with QB questions ask them in the Service Industries forum.
