i tried using update to select new products but its not working for me. how else can i get 1120 on my proseries

Sometimes,when the program doesn't work, I reboot or turn off the compute for a few minutes to clear the memory.
You can use Chat or call support.
When I go Update, Select and Down Load New Products, I sometimes have trouble seeing the boxes to check on the bottom left. Look at the bottom left where you have Federal Products and then below 1040 already checked, and then check the1120 box.

You can also still go to the website and log into myproseries. You should be able to download the latest version of the 1120 and 1120C there.
