specific answers to cert. questions.

I have several questions that are related to specific questions of the First test of ProAdvisor certification. I've gone everywhere suggested by your C/S team---but no one seems to know where I can find answers...who can help? ..

As a note, I would like to say, that I've printed ALL the instructions manual, checked with the manual online, conversed with your training department, made use of all website info I can find, and yet, NO one is there to answer certification course questions. 

What are these questions for which the specific answers are not defined in the training materials?  Glad you asked.  (What I want to know is WHERE, What page and in what manual or instructions materials the answers can be found.  )

Please provide the specific sources of the answers.  Thank you...

Don't forget that you can toggle into QuickBooks to help. So, try the Help menu in QuickBooks for some of these. For others, go into QuickBooks and do it to determine the answer.

I found answers doing the online course for certification, have not used the manual.

I agree, many answers to questions can be easily answered by going into your sample file and playing around with the company file. The certification material explains where this information is located in the software program. You should take that information and open up the program and use it. For example, what is not in general preference? Go to edit>preferences>general preferences and look to see which of the answers can not be found listed in general preferences.

Friendly reminder, please do not discuss specific questions and answers in any public forum.  It is a certification exam and both the questions and the answers should not be shared.

Please remember we have several thousand certified ProAdvisors, so I can say with complete confidence that the answers are there if you use all your materials.
