Donation of new inventory clothing sold for charity with 100% donated.

Donation of new inventory clothing, now absolete to charity for sale. How is this valued for deduction on inventory  and on Receipt to charity.  Clothing was sold and money sent to charity at a special sale for Transplant fund. Company is LLC.
