Where is the pdf Study Guide?

I can't seem to find the pdf study guide. It's been referred to in several of the training videos. Where is it?

At the end of the training, there is usually a link to the course materials (ie PDF). Or, you can find the links along with the courses at http://accountant.intuit.com/training
