Support revisited. Is anybody listening?

After all the high tension caused by the problems with the program this year I was calming down with tax season over. I just found an error (IRS pointed it out by requesting a clients refund back) in the program and reported it to ProSeries. In their response the support technician schooled me on EIC calculation and referred me to IRS' website. Suddenly my heart began to race and I found my blood pressure right back at the level during the peak of the problems during tax season!Come on, this is ridiculous! Fix the calculation error ProSeries!Has anyone found a tax prep program that works well and is affordable? After starting out in '87 with Turbotax I've seen progress some years and decline in others, but 2007 is the worse. I have a sinking feeling this portends of problems we can expect from ProSeries.
