remote tax preparation

I am a Pro Series user. For the 2008 tax season my assistant will be preparing tax returns remotely from her home. I plan to scan client originals and for my assistant to have access to the scanned documents from her remote location. Then for her to prepare the returns and for me to be able to access the returns she prepared. Does anyone know if this can be done and if so, how? Thanks

I purchased the networking add on, and trying to figure out how may partner will remotely access the networking proseries pro '08 from out of state.
When I originally inquired about the networking add-on, the sales person made it sound like it was easy to do: Terminal Services, remote desktop, etc. However, no I can't get any answers.
