I am trying to download my 2008 bank statements via webconnect. I keep getting the msg that there are no new transactions to download, but all I have in my QB register is Dec 2008...I need all the rest of 2008. What can I do?

Hi,
If you are downloading it from the bank website and getting this error message, then please contact the bank.
Otherwise, there may be a data damage in your file.
Thanks,

Okay, I have been pulling my hair out with the same problem. Here was what I just discovered: I realized that I have been trying from my laptop, although the actual main computer is upstairs in my office. I closed Qbooks on my laptop and opened on my Main Desktop Computer. While connecting to online banking, I noticed it said it was doing some kind of branding update, which it had also done on the laptop. Once connected, I downloaded my Statement transactions without any problem at all. So, If you have been trying to download from any computer other than the original installed system, go to that computer and try again. That's what worked for me.
