PS not saving or prompting to save when going to HB

Has anyone else had problems with ProSeries not saving or prompting to save when going back to Home Base? I have not had this problem, but another gal here in the office has had several. It seems she always has strange things going on in ProSeries, but I do not. She also has a lot of other programs on her computer that I do not have.

Sometimes saving issues on a network are related to administrative permission issues. Have your IT professional check the admin rights on your assistant's pc. Also, it may be an anti-virus or firewall issue.
