transfer ProSeries Basic 2006 client files

When I transferred my 2006 PS basic files to PS 2007 basic, they were all named "2006 xxxx.07i" where "xxxx..." is the name of the client. Why didn't the program name the file "2007..." as it should be representing 2007's tax year file????

Did These files come from turbotax originally? Proseries has a different naming structure involving first four letters of the clients last name and the last 4 digits of their social security number.

After you transfer the prior year proseries file into current year proseries, go to home base, click on 1040, right click the client file and click rename such as "2007 xxx" wher xxx is client name. I do this every year to change the tax year and also to spell out the client's name as the default name is some sort of abbreviation.
