I am purchasing a new laptop for mobile tax preparation (I go to my clients residents). I have worked on a Windows XP laptop for some time and have 2005 through current years ProSeries Basic software with client files installed so that I can refer to them and discuss previous returns, etc.While I realize 2007 on versions are Vista compatible, does anyone know if older versions are compatible with Vista?

I used the '06 basic and the pay per use business software on vista and it seemed to work fine. I had more problems using '07 business on vista than I have any other programs.
