Accountants copy otion not available
I setup a company file for a client and gave them a backup file to restore. Now there is no option for me to retrieve an accountants copy from them.

Are you asking about Proseries or QuickBooks? Is there an accountant's version for PS?
If you use Pro Series Basic I might not be able to help you. If you use Turbo Tax I might refuse to help you. All others, watch out! ;-)

Your client sends you an accountants copy and you restore it. The option will be there under 'file', 'accountants copy'.
