Printing client instruction letter

I printed a return today after changing the default printer to another printer. The return printed fine, however, the client instruction letter did not print. I notice in the bottom right of my desk top the letter was trying to print on the original printer. Can anyone help with this?

Sounds like the software is being told to print to the old printer, and all other pages to the new. The printer is only going to do as told. What are the detailed print setting set to?

When printing anything through the Print button o the left activity panel ( like when you want to print the return for filing etc. ) you get to select the printer you want to print on. However if you select just print button at the top i.e. print the dispalyed form, then the default printer of your system is called upon to do the job.

Another problem I saw is if you are printing a return and then deselect some of the entries, then when you click the print button at the bottom of the page, a pop-up comes to tell you that you have some itmes unselected and do you really want to proceed. If you selet "yes" all is well. If you select "NO", then you cannot print again till you close out completely-- the whole program -- and comeback fresh. It is a pain. Anyvody else seen that?
