Form CSA 1099R (Annuity) rolls to Line 7 W2 wages

I am entering the information on an annuity (Form CSA 1099R). The gross annuity amount keeps rolling to line 7 W2 wages instead of showing on line 16a/b Pensions and annuities. What am I doing wrong or is this a program glitch? Is anyone else having this problem?
