State Tax Refund and AMT

ProSeries Basic 2007--Recovery of State Refund--The calculation of the SIT taxable refund does not factor in that when a taxpayer paid AMT in 2006 the calculated recovery amount may not be taxable. Pro Series ignors their own entry of prior year AMT on the tax refund worksheet. I have tried to email ProSeries on this topic, but the "request for technical support" is not working on their website (maybe they are on Spring Break).
