I left a company. that I had used QB for (including my own business of 10yrs+) Now it's up for renewal. If I renew using my CC on file, how does that work with the subscription number the same for the other company? If they edit CC and contact name etc on their end, the subscription# is same.

I called a number that connected me to an overseas lady that couldn't answer me let alone me understand her. Is their a number where I could talk to a person I could understand. Since I am the owner of the qb license, I just need to know what happens to the license status of the clinic that I left. How to go forward

Michelle, thank you, but I did call during business hours on Thursday to 800-446-8848, after first trying Tucson which has helped me in the past, but was told all service calls are overseas now. The 800# is what Tucson gave me. Do you have another number that I could use on Monday. Thank you again and for being the only one to respond to my question.
