This is for Intuit - I have 7 NJ returns that I efiled in March with following status: 4 are Returned Received by Intuit and 3 are Return Sent to State. Can anyone tell me why they are not being processed? I processed many others in March with no problem. thanks.
If your problem was the week of March 30....call support...give them SS# of at least one in the batch and they will have "e-file team" look into it...it took me 4 days but first I got nothing then a delay notice then acceptance. I see similar problem posted on "live Community" . I filed mid week after the missing acceptances and they got accepted but previous ones were lost in space.....until I called......Hope this helps!!!!!!!!!
