how to restore new data wihout deleting the old data.

I backed up my old 2003 ending May 2009 to 2009 now I have files from June already on 2009 how do I back up to the old files wilth out deleting them.

Try changing the directory that you save them to. Example if you have everything under C:\easy\data then save the old file to C:\easy\data\olddata After you have restored the old data you will need to change the current path information to look at it. After you gotten the information off the old data you can delete the old company data or leave it there to use later. If you exit the program it will change the current path information back to the original path you have saved under system information.
