DMS cannot install on terminal server??

We are trying to install DMS on our terminal server and are getting a message:"memory could not be read" Our tech consultants think that it might be caused by DMS not working on that operating system.We must install this? Any thoughts on how to install?

I hope you have an answer by now, but DMS works in a TS environment. It souds like a problem with your server. Sorry I can't be of more help, but there is not much to go on here.
