Error when sending file from Pro Series to DMS

I have found DMS to be too inconsistent. This is the second year I am using Pro Series and first year I am using DMS. Sometimes for no reason I get an error message that the file was not able to be sent to DMS from Pro Series and DMS needs to shut down.On top of that I had to spend about 2 hours on the phone last week with customer support fixing an issue (I won't get into it as it is too technical, and I mean that in the sense I didn't understand what they were telling me to do). I will say that the person who called me back through the call back service was knowledgable and he even called back a second time an hour when he could not resolve it the first time and wanted to discuss it with other people. Just uninstalling and reinstalling did not work but after 2 hours that issue was fixedHowever, that being said this seems to breakdown to much. It is just me doing this, I do not have a network. Has anyone else been having this problem? Thanks
