printing fed & state k-1's from proseries to DMS

I prepare an s-corp return and the individual returns for the s-corp shareholders. I want to print the k-1s (both fed and state) from the proseries s-corp return directly to the dms folder for the individual shareholders. I know I can print the k-1's to a pdf and then copy or drag the pdf to the individual's dms folder but I was hoping for a more seamless way. Also, I can't see how to tell Proseries to print both fed and state k-1's at the same time. Currently I have to print the federal k-1 from the federal and then open each state to print the state k-1's. Then I go to the pdf's and drag/copy them to the individual dms folders.What am I missing? Thanks.

If you want to have both K-1s in the same files, print each individually to DMS and then using DMS, combine the two files into one.
