You're right--JEs do not show up on the Job Profitability report. If you want your job costing to be fully burdened with payroll costs, then you need to process payroll in QuickBooks. I recommended QuickBooks Assisted Payroll--then Intuit takes care of the tax deposits and tax returns and filings for you.
