Are there additional details? What were you doing in the program when you received the message? Where there any additional error messages? What have you already tried to do to fix the error?

With additional details, the community may be able to find a solution for you.

I'm thinking that you can also try a "repair".

Before you do that - try shutting down your whole computer - not just DMS. If that doesn't work, try repair!

To do that, through the Windows start menu, go to the control panel and add/remove programs (I have XP), and click on DMS, and then click on "remove", there is a choice to repair.

You might want to try that before doing anything else.

If you have Vista, I don't know the exact steps, but there's something similar I'm sure!

Hope that helps.
