Pathetic telephone support

I just started using DMS although I am a 10 year proseries user. The telephone support was pathetic. I waited over 1 1/2 hours to get someone to pick up the phone, I got a person who was barely familliar with the DMS system. Even worse he had not even touched the scanner. Really nice showing Intuit. What ever happened to your PROMISES for better telephone support???

Next time request a callback on the Pro Series support page. I did that today and it worked out well. I got a call back in about 2 hours from someone who's area of specialization was on DMS which is what I needed help with. He spent considerable time with me on the phone and resolved all the problems I was having but one and he promised a call back on the unresolved issue.
