dms install vs run problems

has anybody installed DMS on Windows Server 2003 (sp2)? The install seems to run properly to completion, but running dms.exe will only give me the hourglass for a few seconds, then nothing...No splash screen, no indication that I was trying to run a program. I spent almost 1 1/2 hours on phone with tech support, but the best they could come up with was to try disabling antivirus software & reinstall.any ideas?

call back in, there is a fix for this. it involves data execution prevention (DEP) settings. server 2003 has some built in security for kernel mode drivers you will have to overcome.
