I am using QBPro09 to track giving in a small church as well as track bills and bill paymts. Also need to be able to create year end statements for members. When I enter their gifts,and then pay bills, balance is off. How can I do them both and bal?
What balance is off? I assume you have set up the donors as customers and the people you are paying the bills to as vendors so I'm not sure you mean cash is off or if you are handling transactions in some other way. You landed in the ProSeries tax community so you might want to give some more specifics and run this question through the Quickbooks folks.
