how do I get quicken to pay bills from the same vendor seperately

US QuickBooks Pro for Windows : 2009

I have multiple bills from the same vendor and handwritten checks for each bill I have entered the invoices in Quickbooks but now Quickbooks pays the bill with just one check.

How do I separate them so each bill is payed by its own check.  And how do I reverse out the current single check

To delete the one check, open the check, Edit, Delete. To get each bill to pay separately, you have to process each separately. Go go Pay Bills, select one and pay it. Then go back in and do the next. Otherwise QB will enter it as one check.

If you handwrite the checks when you are paying your bills, there is no reason in QB to use Enter bills and then Pay Bills. Use this two-step method only when you want to enter the bill to capture the expenses now, but intend to pay it a later date.

As you handwrite a check, you can enter it in QB using Write Check.
