PA State Returns

I am having trouble completing Pennsylvania State Returns. All of my returns are coming out with a refund of zero. This is my first year using ProSeries and I cannot figure out what is wrong. Is anyone else in PA having this problem? Does anyone know how to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Paula

I need more info. If you only have wages, the amounts withheld should equal the wages taxed times 3.07%, and there will be no tax due or refund.
