CLIENT NAMES DUPLICATING IN HOMEBASE VIEW

Is anyone else having problems with client names duplicating in the home base veiw? After returning to homebase from within a tax return the number of cliet files increase. Contacted support and they walked me through the problem but as the other workstations are being used, the problem has reoccured. Any comments would be appreciated.

Have you done a homebase tune up? Also I have found that a data base maintenance helps this.

Have tried both. Only way to make the duplicates go away is to close program and reopen. Even then there are sometimes clients names missing from homebase view until the data base maint is run.
