Error in starting PRoseries 2004 Express

Hi,whenever I start Proseries 2004 Express Edition, after few seconds I get the error given below:protax04.exe - application errorThe instruction at "0x46d355f7" referenced memory at "0x01a85538". The memory could not be "written".Click ok to terminate the programClick on Cancel to debug the program.Whether i click Ok or Cancel, proseries shuts down and I am unable to use it. Even after reinstalling the software could not help me.Kinldy assist.Thanks
