ADVANCE RAL ISSUES

Help Please, I am trying to send advance RALs to Intuit for acceptance but after doing the transmit on the electronic filing option (Transmit early RAL) nothing is getting sent, and not acknowledgment window pops up, any one has sugestions ?, I had call tech support jajaja, sorry, they just dont know how to solve the problem, please any comments will be great appreciated, Thank you
