You should be able to right click the ProSeries icon and select "Run as Administrator".

Please keep in mind, we do not officially support Windows Vista for Tax Year 2006.

Vista sucks is not an answer. Rather an opinion. One that not all share.

Take a look at Windows 7 with XPMode coming in the next version as a way to get these older software to run a little bit better. Personally I've been able to get everything running just fine on Vista. Since SP1 it's been a solid OS. Do you actually use it in your firm?
