error message OL 301

II just got a new laptop.  I am already a Quickbooks customer on my desktop.  I loaded quickbooks to my new laptop and am using window 7.  I also have online backup and when I try to log on to Quickbooks I get an error message OL 301?  Help  Is there a problem with windows 7 and quickbooks?
