EXCEL password in Intuit Statement Writer

I need to make a modification to a financial statement created using Intuit Statement Writer.  Essentially, the rounding that occurs when the decimals are dropped show values that won't add due to the underlying rounding.  I want to tweak the EXCEL worksheet to round up or down by a $1 to make this cosmetic fix. The EXCEL worksheet created by ISW indicates there is a password required, yet I did not create one.  Therefore, I assume the ISW creates one. WHAT IS THE PASSWORD?
