Prompt for DMS folder
Anyone else having this problem?When printing to DMS from Proseries with the Prompt for Folder clicked on. The select folder screen does not appear. Proseries just prints to DMS by creating a new folder.

Do you have a folder for the client named "Tax Returns" as part of the template? I believe that if you call this file something else, DMS will add a folder called "Tax Returns". I agree that you should be able to put the returns in any folder you wish but frankly its not a major concern to me.

My DMS is also creating a duplicate file when I print a return to it. It does not ask for the file, even though I have marked it so.
I spent 45 minutes with technical support and they did not know why this is being caused(also told me they had never heard of the problem). Now I print it, then cut and paste the tax return to the old file and delete the duplicate.
I think this is a major flaw and should be fixed or we should get refunds for the software.
