I have purchased 1040 ProSeries Complete....can print tax forms OK but cannot print from the Organizer menu without the program wanting to charge me on a pay-per return basis. What am I doing wrong? Thank you for any help!!
I tried to print
customer the 4 page customer organizer. The software asked for $5. Tech support at Intuit did notknow what to do so they turned me over to customer service. Customer service said I did not buy the organizer package and offered it for $229, discounted $100 to $129. That is pretty darn cheap of them. Feel like I'm getting nickeled and dimed. And I had the unlimited software license last year, no support, and only did 8 returns.
I have the professional version and unlimited organizer. If I go into the client, it prints. But when I try to batch print, it tries to authorize the returns on a $ PPR basis. Of course, support is not open on Saturday to help.

I just licensed my product manually, tried to batch print and let it authorize all the returns without requesting $. It took about 5 minutes and then they started printing. I have not checks my PPR balance yet, but I don't think I have any money in there for it to charge against and it never asked for my CC.
Also note that when I went to tools, options, general, cust info, it had the wrong zip code in there; even though it was correct when I licensed the product. Not sure if this was the cause.

the organzer is an extra fee for unlimited use ($199), or $5 PPR. It is not in the complete package, nor has it ever been to my knowledge.
Call ProSeries/Intuit....you have the wrong license set-up and they will have to redo it. I've had to redo mine three times.
