Program crashes - ProSeries yanked the thread?
Where is the "Program crashes" thread.I posted a comment a few minutes ago. Several prior posts and mucho reads.ProSeries pulled the thread?!?!

Our program has been crashing 5-6 times a day and we have been on the phone with support 7 straight days with no success. They were to escalate our problem and a manager was to call us on Friday the 9th. We have not heard from anyone. Did you have any success in fixing your problem. We desparately need help.

Just a thought, but are you using Norton or McAfee antivirus programs? Try diabling them for a day and see how it works. they cause more problems than you realize.

Proseries crashes often. Reload program at Techsupport request. Did not help!
Got new hardrive and reloaded progam an files.
Program runs faster but still crashes often.
Crashed on April 17th 3 times per hour.
Have noticed last three years program is unstable.
My system administrator says they changed the platform of the software about three years ago.
I am considering changing from Proseries. Have used Proseries since 1989.

Sorry to hear you had problems. ProSeries did not crash on me at all this year. Thus, I suspect something in your system configuration was the actual culprit.

Response to Michelle Long, I have not changed my norton but when installing the upgrade to QB2009 Pro, began having problems and not with any other programs only Intuit! Intuit needs to get their software compatable! I have used both norton and intuit for years and no problems until now.
