DMS - Not printing notes correctly and not importing/moving files.

Does not print notes correctly. I have notes on pages 2,4, & 6 of a 12 page document. When printing, the first 2 characters are not printing on pages 4 and 6. One more comment, when importing documents, the "move" files only "copies" files.

Please go to tools>options and uncheck the box to view PDF files within DMS
Then open a file and print it and tell me if you get the same issue.

i tried your solution. now it does not print the note at all. this does not fix the problem. i have talked to dms support and the dms tech i talked with had the exact same problem. he suggested changing the margins in the printer driver. i do not consider changing the margin settings in my print driver a solution. i do not want to change print drivers for just dms and then have to reset print drivers back to the previous setting for all other software. by the way, i have tried printing to 4 different model printers, HP, Richoh, Canon, and Sharp. All have the same dms printing problem described above. This a significant problem when printing financial/legal documents and part of the document is missing on paper. This is especially true when dms tech support has the same probelm I have. In my opinion, this warrants a quick correction to the software..

Until we can get a fix in, the recommendation is to move the notes so they are not too close to the edge of the document.

Or just right-click on the file and select open outside DMS.
