Marketing Advice

I'm in the early stages of lauching my bookkeeping business and could use some advice on how best to reach the small businesses that I am targeting (needing 2 to 4 hours per week of Quickbooks work). Where is the best place to find the first few accounts - web advertising, local chamber of commerce, tax or CPA firm referrals? thanks for your helpDiane
