Hello, My name is Sandi and I am new. I am starting an accounting business for small businesses and I am beginning to create the client questionaires to set-up the client's books in QB and was wondering if any of you have seen sample questionaires to provide to the client for the set-up of their books from end-to-end (company set-up, employee/payroll set-up, etc) to use as guidance. Thanks

I agree, thanks for the link. I guess your are right, small business owners probably wouldn't take to time to fill it out. I just want to make sure that I ask for everything completely upfront, I would hate to keep going back to a client to request more info. again and again.

Good points...thank you.

I just wanted to make sure I had a complete list of the basic documents to ask for up front without having to keep going back to them for these. I don't mind having to ask more questions if I come up with them from the info. they previously provided.

Wow, some great judgement on your part with that potential client. What a relief, huh?
