Creating and posting work projects

What if, instead of giving you the ability to just post a profile or a request for help as you can now, we gave you the ability to define a project (need help on 20 1040 returns due by 3/25, or need someone to take over a bookkeeping client for 6 months) and post it out there for folks to apply to?
This would allow accountants to farm work out to different parties and not be locked into an employment arrangement that could require greater commitments than either a demand-accountant or a supply-accountant would want to make.
Some elements of a project creation would include
- Description of the work (tax or accounting or other)
- Date the work would need to be completed by
- Date the demand-accountant would need to hear from project applicants
What other elements would you see being necessary to define a project?
What benefits would you see to this increased functionality?

I am noticing one thing that makes using these a little frustrating. Both forums, seem to have ended up being the same, and ready the titles maybe I can see what confuses people or it might not be confusion. As I understood it one forum was to be for people who had more work than they could handle, and the other for people that were looking for additional work. But right now I'm shuffling thru both not seeing any difference between the 2. I love the concept, because we all have ups and downs in our businesses, but it's not all that helpful the way it sits right now, unless I have nothing but time.

So, when you say both forums are you talking about intuitaccountants.com and the workexchange.intuit.com sites? The workexchange site is designed for more than discussion - there you can build a profile like here, but at workexchange you'll be able to search for accountants better, build a better profile; you can also create a project and apply for it, which is different from this discussion forum. We're going to be adding a ratings system to that as well, in the next several days.
Tell me how you would change the workexchange site - labels, workflow, anything. Thanks.
