NO ISW option. 2010 appears to support Excel 2003, but

I am trying to use ISW for the first time. It takes me to my Excel 2003 but it's blank, and I don't see any ISW at all.

Had the same problem today.  Tech support says ISW does not support Excel 2003 Standard or Student Editions.
