Changing Online Sequence checks

How can I Change the online check sequences in QB. When we started making online payments through the bank, QB or the bank started with a number sequence which is now the same sequence as my actual check numbers that we are still issuing. Therefore I want to change the series of numbers the bank is using to make online payments. Anyone have any idea how this can be done?
